Author Guidelines

Authors must follow these guidelines when preparing submissions:

  1. Manuscripts must be in English.

  2. Length: 6–12 pages, single-column format.

  3. Use the official journal template.

  4. Use IEEE citation style, managed via Mendeley or Zotero.

  5. The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

  6. Required structure: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please confirm that the following requirements are met:

  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • The main document file is in .doc or .docx format.
  • The article has been prepared using the official journal template.
  • All references follow the IEEE citation style.
  • Complete author details (including affiliation and email) are included.
  • If AI tools were used to assist in writing, this has been explicitly stated in the manuscript.
