Author Guidelines

Authors are requested to follow these guidelines when preparing their manuscripts:

  1. Manuscripts must be written in English.

  2. Article length should be between 6–12 pages, single-column format.

  3. Authors must use the official journal template provided by MIJSS.

  4. References must follow the IEEE citation style, managed using tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.

  5. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review by other journals.

  6. Standard manuscript structure:

    • Abstract

    • Introduction

    • Methodology

    • Results and Discussion

    • Conclusion

    • References

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please confirm that the following requirements are met:

  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • The main document file is in .doc or .docx format.
  • The article has been prepared using the official journal template.
  • All references follow the IEEE citation style.
  • Complete author details (including affiliation and email) are included.
  • If AI tools were used to assist in writing, this has been explicitly stated in the manuscript.
