Author Guidelines

Authors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines when preparing their manuscript:

  1. Manuscripts should be written in English.
  2. Article length: 6–12 pages, single-column format.
  3. Use the official journal template provided.
  4. References must follow IEEE style and be managed using Mendeley or Zotero.
  5. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  6. Manuscript structure: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please confirm that the following requirements are met:

  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • The main document file is in .doc or .docx format.
  • The article has been prepared using the official journal template.
  • All references follow the IEEE citation style.
  • Complete author details (including affiliation and email) are included.
  • If AI tools were used to assist in writing, this has been explicitly stated in the manuscript.
